Thomas Paris

Thomas Paris serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pulse Of Perseverance since 2024, and previously held the same role at ZilLearn from 2021 to 2025, while also serving as Chief Learning Architect during the same period. Additionally, Thomas was Chief Learning Architect at Kydon Group and a member of the Advisory Board at IE School of Global and Public Affairs from 2020 to 2021. Thomas co-founded and directed ICC Academy from 2015 to 2021, and worked as Program Manager – Policy at the International Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2015. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Team Leader at Fnac Darty and as Business Strategy Associate at MEDEF – The French Business Confederation. Thomas holds a Machine Learning Program certification from the University of London, a Leaders of Learning certification from Harvard Online, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The American Business School of Paris, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the same institution.
