Iolanda Hazell has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2009, they started as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Link Market Services. This was followed by a role as a People Metrics & System Specialist at CUA in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a People & Culture Analyst at MinterEllison SA/NT. Iolanda then transitioned to a role as a Data Analytics/HR Specialist at A Human Agency from 2015 to 2017. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Acacia Immigration Australia and as a Manager People & Culture at RiskLogic. In 2016, they co-founded Infinity HR and served as its Managing Director. In 2017, they became the Head of People & Culture at Pulse Software. In 2020, they joined Lygon as its Head of People & Culture, and in 2023, they became the General Manager at Menai Civil Contractors.
Iolanda Hazell completed their education at several institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. Prior to that, they studied at the Australian Catholic University from 1990 to 1993, earning a Bachelor of Education in Chemistry and Computing Studies. Iolanda'shigh school education was completed at Catherine McAuley High School from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a High School Certificate (HSC).
