Peter Houtzagers

Peter Houtzagers is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a substantial background in founding and managing companies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder of Pulse4all, a subscription service for Philips AEDs, Peter previously co-founded AED360-ProCardio, which operates as an official distributor for Philips Healthcare AED products across several European countries. Additional ventures include Fresh Toast, a pioneer in programmatic advertising, and Certin, a company focused on improving payment behavior for clients. Peter's entrepreneurial journey began with 2Contact, a customer contact service, and includes founding roles at Flinndal, Matra Nortel Nederland, PalmTop Software, and Psion Nederland. Peter completed a BBA in Business Administration and Management at Nyenrode Business University and holds a Gymnasium β degree from Rijnlands Lyceum Wassenaar.
