Bianca Santos

Bianca Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Bianca started their career at Wizard Idiomas in 2012, working as a Pedagogical Assistant until 2013. Bianca then joined Competenza Consultoria e RH in 2014 as a Human Resources Consultant. After that, they returned to Wizard Idiomas in 2016, taking on the role of Pedagogical Assistant until 2017 when they were promoted to Pedagogical Coordinator. In 2019, they transitioned to Pulses by Gupy as an Employee Engagement Strategist, responsible for pre-sales and sales activities. In 2020, they moved into the Partnership & Alliance Leader role, collaborating with partners to enhance their HR strategies. Currently, Bianca is a Líder de AGM at Pulses by Gupy.

Bianca Santos obtained an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Vale do Itajaí from 2014 to 2016.
