Daniela Oliveira Francisco Teixeira

Daniela Oliveira Francisco Teixeira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniela began their career as an Analyst Programmer at the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, where they were responsible for software requirements gathering and documentation in a government project. Daniela then worked as a Coordinator of Informatics at Enalta Inovações Tecnológicas S/A, leading a development team and overseeing software requirements and documentation.

Afterwards, they joined SIGX Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. as an Analyst Programmer, further honing their skills in software development. Daniela then transitioned to MZO, where they worked as an Analyst Programmer, contributing to software development projects.

In 2010, Daniela joined SST digital solutions as a Coordinator of Systems, where they led a team of developers, managed system architecture, and collaborated on technical documentation. Daniela also played a key role in the implementation of certification MPS.

In 2012, Daniela joined Aptus Tecnologia em Informação as an Agile Project Manager, leading and implementing agile projects for software development. Daniela was responsible for defining requirements, scoping solutions, and ensuring adherence to functional specifications.

In 2018, Daniela joined Viceri as a Product Manager, leading the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Daniela excelled in planning and conducting product discovery activities, prioritizing and writing user stories, and delivering incremental value to clients.

Most recently, Daniela worked at Westwing Brasil as a Product Lead and later as a Manager of Product Team. In these roles, they mentored and guided Product Managers, driving continuous improvement in the product team's processes and delivering innovative products through discovery and delivery phases.

Currently, Daniela holds the position of Group Product Manager at Pulses by Gupy, where they are responsible for managing and leading product management activities.

Throughout their career, Daniela has consistently demonstrated their ability to excel in product management, project management, and software development roles, leveraging their expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, agile methodologies, and team leadership.

Daniela Oliveira Francisco Teixeira completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas, where they attended from 2001 to 2006. Daniela later pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, completing the program from 2011 to 2013.

In terms of certifications, Daniela has obtained various qualifications in different areas. In 2016, they received the Agile Scrum Foundation (ASF) certification from EXIN. Daniela then obtained the Certified Lean Inception Facilitator certification from Caroli.org in 2018, followed by the Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in the same year. Additionally, they achieved the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2018 and the Management 3.0 Foundation certification from Happy Melly in 2019.

Over the years, Daniela has also acquired several certifications related to their field. In 2021, they gained expertise in Product Discovery through the Product Discovery certification from Produtos Incríveis. Daniela also completed certifications in OKR and Rituais de liderança from Pulses in the same year. In 2023, Daniela obtained the Employee Lifetime Value (ELTV) certification from Pulses, along with the Feedback 2.0 certification from the same institution.

In terms of their postgraduate education, Daniela is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Gestão de Produtos at BBI - Business Behavior Institute, which they are expected to complete from 2021 to 2023.
