Luiz Fernando Gimenez Bosso

Luiz Fernando Gimenez Bosso has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Luiz Fernando is currently working at Pulses by Gupy as a Product Manager since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Coordenador de Gestão e Processos at the same company from May 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Pulses by Gupy, Luiz worked at Cristalpet Sul Ind. Com. Embalagens Ltda for five years starting from May 2017. During this time, they served as a Supervisor da Qualidade and was responsible for quality management in a PET preform industry. Luiz Fernando oversaw the maintenance of food safety management systems, such as APPCC and BPF, and was involved in obtaining certifications for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000. Luiz also played a key role in mapping, analyzing, and improving organizational processes, presenting performance indicators to higher management, and handling customer post-sales queries and complaints.

Prior to that, Luiz worked as an Analyst of Quality at Polymport from July 2015 to April 2017. Luiz Fernando contributed to quality management in a PET preform distributor, involving process mapping, analysis, and documentation updates for ISO 9001 certification. Luiz Fernando also implemented a company-wide Program 5S.

From February 2012 to July 2015, Luiz held the position of Coordenador da Qualidade at Vale Brilhante Indústria e Comércio. Here, they were responsible for quality management in a sanitizing products industry, including the development of documentation for ISO 9001 certification and experience in Boas Práticas de Fabricação (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Earlier in their career, Luiz worked as a Consultant of Sales at Rans from May 2010 to December 2011, and as a Specialist in IT Support at MAM from October 2004 to April 2010. In the latter role, they were involved in server installation and configuration on Windows Server and Linux platforms, desktop maintenance and configuration, and network planning and structuring both wired and wireless environments.

Luiz Fernando Gimenez Bosso completed their Bachelor's degree in Law (incomplete) from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended ETEPA - Escola Técnica Polivalente de Americana - SP from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology as a Technical Data Processor. Moving forward, from 2013 to 2015, Luiz pursued a Technologist degree in Quality Management from UniSociesc Centro Universitário. More recently, they engaged in post-graduation studies at Universidade do Vale do Itajaí from 2020 to 2022, specializing in Production Engineering, Quality, and Processes. In addition to their formal education, Luiz has acquired several certifications, including Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certification from ProductLed in February 2023, and Business TechNow and LEx - Liderança Exponencial from StartSe University in August 2022.
