Pedro Ferreira has a diverse work experience in product management, marketing, and growth analysis. Pedro began their career at ZazTech, where they developed and implemented marketing actions to improve the company's image and increase sales. Pedro also created and managed inbound marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and advertising materials.

Pedro then worked at TotalVoice as a Product Growth Analyst, where they focused on marketing strategies for developers. Pedro was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the Voice API, analyzing KPIs, and managing leads from origin to sales.

Pedro later joined ZENVIA Inc. as a Strategic Marketing | Go To Market - Developers. In this role, they acted as the main point of contact between marketing, product, and development teams. Pedro defined and executed marketing strategies for API products, built and monitored KPIs, organized events and hackathons, and created engagement actions for the engineering team.

Afterwards, Pedro worked at API Playbook as a Tribe Leader and Product Manager. Pedro led a multidisciplinary squad in creating a portal for APIs, conducting discovery processes and user interviews, defining personas and target audience, and prioritizing the product roadmap. Pedro Ferreira's education history begins in 2015 when they started their undergraduate degree in Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Pedro completed this degree in 2017.
