Courtney Jm

Courtney JM is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth marketing and operations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Pulsion, a full-service growth marketing agency since 2019, Courtney specializes in digital marketing and sales enablement. Prior to this role, Courtney was the President of Marketing Force Canada from 2009 to 2019, where significant advancements in social media marketing and automation were achieved. Courtney also founded two self-funded ventures: Easy Court, which provided an online automated solution for creating small claims court forms, and True Assess, which developed an automated financial report card application. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Executive in Marketing and Business Development at Prudent Financial Services, where innovative business lines were introduced and a multimillion-dollar marketing budget was managed.
