Liz Rebecca Alarcón has a diverse range of work experiences. Liz Rebecca is the Founder & Executive Director of Pulso, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies/Sociology at the University of Miami from 2007 to 2011. In 2012, Liz also attended the University for Peace (UPEACE) - UN Mandated, where they focused on Human Rights Advocacy. Additionally, in 2009, they briefly studied French at Université d'Orléans.
