Tori Dawkins

Tori Dawkins has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Tori is currently working for Pulsora as the People Operations Lead. Prior to that, they worked at Databook as the Senior Manager of People & Talent Strategy and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Tori also has experience at Two Chairs as a Recruiting Manager and Recruiter, and at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as a Supervisor of Talent Acquisition & Mobility, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter. Tori began their career at Auditor of State - Ohio as a Human Capital Management Analyst. Tori also had temporary roles at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. and EXPRESS. Tori started their career in retail as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc.

Tori Dawkins holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources from The Ohio State University - The Max M. Fisher College of Business, attending from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, Tori also briefly studied at Université de Bourgogne, focusing on French. Tori completed their high school education at Park Tudor School, graduating in 2008 with a High School Diploma. Additionally, Tori has obtained a certification in Payroll Administration from Rippling in 2023.
