Renan MacEdo Santana

Renan Macedo Santana is currently an Analista de suporte júnior III at Pulsus since June 2023, with responsibilities including first-level customer support and analyzing requests to determine urgency. In addition, Renan serves as a Professor de Robótica at Grupo Primavera since January 2021. Previously, Renan was an Estagiário de pesquisa at CPQD from April 2022 to July 2023, contributing to the development of a cybersecurity analysis methodology, focusing on risk assessment, penetration testing, and technical report writing. Renan is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/System Information at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, expected to graduate in December 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, completed in December 2023, as well as a Technical degree in Information Technology from CEMEP, obtained in December 2016.
