Aaron Maki

Aaron Maki is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Build Quality at PulteGroup since August 2014, Aaron leads a team of 15 Construction Managers, supports community teams for over 400 annual closings, and fosters a positive team culture. Previous roles include Senior Field Manager and Project Manager at Best Buy, where responsibilities encompassed the management of distribution center operations and an operating budget of $15M. Earlier experience includes Construction Manager at Southwind Builders, Inc. and various positions at PulteGroup, where strong leadership, technical expertise, and operational efficiency were developed. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology, with a focus on Construction Management, from Pittsburg State University.
