Aaron Stubblefield

Aaron Stubblefield is currently the Director of Land Acquisition and Market Intelligence at PulteGroup, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron served as Land Acquisition Manager at Century Communities, Inc. from May 2021 to February 2023 and at Beazer Homes from November 2019 to May 2021. Aaron's experience includes serving as Regional Director for Metrostudy / Meyers Research from May 2018 to November 2019 and as a Senior Consultant at John Burns Real Estate Consulting between February 2014 and April 2018. Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the University of the Pacific.
