Charles Ratts

Charles Ratts has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning as a Framing Laborer at Construction Specialists and progressing through various roles, including Framing Assistant Project Manager at Quality Craftsman LLC and Framing Foreman at Carpentry Contractors Co. Since joining PulteGroup in September 2014, Charles Ratts has held several key positions, including Area Construction Manager, Senior Field Manager, and Field Manager. Previous experience also includes serving as an Assistant Builder at Mattamy Homes. Charles Ratts holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
