Douglas G. Ferguson

Douglas G. Ferguson, CR, CGR, CAPS, CGP, has extensive experience in the construction and design industry, currently serving as the Director of Community Amenities at PulteGroup since January 2016. Previously held positions include Director of Neighborhood Amenities at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, President and CEO at MASTERPIECE Designers-Builders-Remodelers, and General Manager at JCDM Home Builders. Ferguson has also held leadership roles within the United States Army Reserve and various construction management positions, demonstrating a strong background in project management and operations. An alumnus of The Ohio State University with a Master in Architecture, Ferguson's educational qualifications are complemented by degrees and certificates in logistics, mathematics, physics, and solar engineering from reputable institutions.
