Garen Smith

Garen Smith is an experienced professional in land acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Pulte Group, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to this role, Garen held various positions at Beazer Homes and Pulte Group, including Division VP Land Acquisition and Director of Land Acquisition. Garen's career began in the audit sector at Price Waterhouse as an Audit Senior, followed by ownership and operation of a restaurant venture. Garen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University and is a certified public accountant, recognized by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1993.
