Jarod Blaney

Jarod Blaney is a seasoned professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President for PulteGroup in the Mid Atlantic region since March 2016. Previously, Jarod held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Stanley Martin Companies from March 2009 to March 2016, where responsibilities included financial leadership and oversight of various operational roles. Jarod's earlier experience includes serving as Controller for Lennar from August 2005 to March 2009 and as an Auditor at Deloitte from July 2001 to March 2004. Jarod holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Liberty University.
