Rob Getz

Rob Getz is an experienced professional in land acquisition and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at PulteGroup since May 2015, following roles as Director and Manager of Land Acquisition. Prior to this, Rob held various positions in public service as Trustee and Plan Commissioner for the Village of Lisle from 2006 to July 2016. Rob's background includes significant roles in leading land acquisition efforts at organizations such as Terra Technologies LLC and Ryan Homes, where responsibilities encompassed site selection, land acquisition, and entitlement processes in the Greater Chicagoland market. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of the Land Strategies Group at V3 Companies, Acquisition/Entitlement Manager at Pulte Homes, Project Principal at Stanley Consultants, and Capital Projects Manager at American Water. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
