Steve Brophy

Steve Brophy has over 25 years of retail and training experience. Currently serving as a Certified Field Trainer at PulteGroup since May 2017, Steve has honed skills in training and development. Prior to this role, Steve had a successful career at Dillard's Inc. from February 1992 to April 2017, progressing through various management positions including Store Manager, Store Merchandise Manager, Store Operations Manager, and Area Sales Manager. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Texas A&M University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
