Deb Dalwood is an educational leader with over 20 years of experience in the field. Deb is currently the Deputy Principal of Strategy and Culture at Pulteney Grammar School, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they spent 10 years as the Principal of St Andrew's School in Walkerville and 12 years as the Head of Junior School at Seymour College.
Deb has a deep passion for the care and education of primary school students, parents, staff and Old Scholars and all stakeholders involved in the extended school community. Deb is known for their inclusive and collaborative leadership style, which has fostered strong partnerships with colleagues, staff and the wider community. Deb believes that their warmth, sincerity and welcoming style further strengthen any community.
The educational career for Deb Dalwood would include a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from the Australian Catholic University, as well as a Graduate certificate in professional Practice from the University of South Australia. Deb would also have a Primary teaching degree from Murray Park CAE, with a major in Drama and Educational Sociology.
