Ringo De Smet is a seasoned technology professional with a diverse background in customer success, engineering, and consultancy. Currently serving as a Customer Success Architect at Pulumi Corporation since June 2022, Ringo has held leadership roles such as Head of CI/CD at Napoleon Sports & Casino Online and has experience as a founder at Cumundi and SafeImage.IO. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at Software Improvement Group, Test Automation Engineer at ONTOFORCE, and Cloud Engineer at Skyscrapers, among others. Ringo De Smet holds a Licentiate degree in Applied Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, attained from 1992 to 1998.
