Simon Molenaar

Simon Molenaar has extensive experience in the baking industry, currently serving as a bakery expert at PUM Netherlands senior experts since June 2022. Previously, Simon owned the National Bakery School Mozambique from January 2000 to October 2008 and held the position of team manager at Quality Bakers from July 1996 to May 2001. Additionally, Simon was the owner of Zetland Ltd. from August 1988 to August 1990.
