Oscar Daniel Padilla Laínez

Oscar Daniel Padilla Laínez currently serves as the Credit & Collections Cluster Manager for Puma Energy in Honduras and Nicaragua since February 2019, overseeing credit and collections operations. Previously, Oscar held the position of Senior Key Account Manager at Grupo Jaremar, leading a national team to achieve strategic KPI objectives. Oscar also worked at BAC Credomatic as a Strategy Leader for national collections and as a Strategy Analyst, focusing on data analysis and strategic decision-making. Prior experience includes roles at Kimberly-Clark, supervising trade marketing efforts and managing credit and collections for the central region, as well as educational coordination at Centro interactivo de enseñanza CHIMINIKE. Oscar holds a degree in Industrial Administration and Business from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana and completed secondary education at Instituto Salesiano San Miguel.
