They have held managerial roles for more than 15 years and possess a solid background in operations, business process management, and customer relationship management. Previously, Katherine worked with top companies like TOP-TOY A/S, PUMA Group, and Philips, where they successfully led teams, improved operational efficiency, and established effective customer relationships. Currently, Katherine is pursuing a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a major in Psychology at Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
