Spandana Nakka has a diverse work experience. Spandana founded and serveds as the CEO of Pump, a company focused on saving costs on AWS. Spandana previously co-founded and served as the CEO of Sleek, which was later acquired by Snackpass. At Sleek, they led the development of APIs for surge pricing and data collection.
Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Spandana worked at Google as a Product Manager. Spandana had a range of experiences, including working on Google Fiber to select new cities and coordinating with various departments. Spandana also developed a "lite version" of popular apps for emerging markets and played a role in investing in the Android developer ecosystem. During their time at Google, they managed vendor relationships and was responsible for a significant annual spend.
Outside of their tech roles, Spandana served as a Board Member for the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation.
Spandana Nakka has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Osmania University. Additionally, they have attended Caltech as an exchange student, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Spandana Nakka has also pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Stanford University.
