Bob Betz

Bob Betz has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles in sales, business operations, and strategic planning. Bob'smost recent role was as the SVP of Sales at Pumpkin, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Sales at Mixlab from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully expanded the team and increased the customer base while maintaining a stable cost.

Before Mixlab, Bob worked at Royal Canin, where they held multiple roles including Vice President Ecommerce Sales at Chewy.com, Vice President Veterinary Sales, Vice President Business Operations, Director of Sales Planning and Analysis, and Sales and Market Finance Manager. During their time at Royal Canin, they played a key role in driving market share gains and improving engagement within the unit.

Bob also gained valuable experience in brand management, strategic planning, and competitive analysis at Anheuser-Busch, where they worked as a Brand Manager and Senior Manager in various roles. Bob was instrumental in reversing share loss, achieving all-time high market share, and leading successful craft brewer integration.

Bob started their career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs and held a Senior Associate Analyst role at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc.

Bob Betz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance from Truman State University, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. After that, they pursued further education and completed an MBA degree in Business from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Bob has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. Bob became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute in September 2006. Furthermore, they completed the Dare to Lead Trained program provided by Dare to Lead™ Trained institute in November 2019. Most recently, in August 2021, they acquired the Prosci® Taking Charge of Change certification from Prosci institute.
