Nathan Chang

Nathan Chang currently serves as the Director of Client Services at Punahou School since September 2023. Prior to this position, Nathan held various management roles at The Queen’s Health Systems from June 2016 to September 2023, including Manager of IT End User Services & Support and Manager of IT Client Services, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT service management and support for over 8,000 users. Nathan's earlier experience includes a tenure at Hawaiian Telcom from May 2004 to June 2016, where roles ranged from Manager of Desktop Support Services to Supervisor of a 24-Hour Service Center, managing large teams and ensuring effective operational support. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, complemented by education at Hawaii Pacific University from 2005 to 2007.
