Currently serving as the Precast Operations Director and Technical Director at PUNCH Consulting Engineers since October 2018, Catherine previously held the position of Associate at Byrne Looby Partners from June 2012 to September 2018, where leadership was provided for the structural engineering team in the Galway office. Catherine's earlier career includes significant roles as Senior Engineer at Michael Punch & Partners, Professional Engineer at Halcrow, Project Engineer at WSP Group, and Graduate Engineer at Arup, contributing to numerous high-profile civil engineering projects throughout their career. Catherine O'Brien holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
