Craig started their career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2011, where they performed various administrative tasks and facilitated classroom discussions.
In 2014, they worked as an Associate/Tutor at the Kumon Math and Reading Center, where they evaluated students' work and communicated effective learning methods to improve their test scores. Craig also conducted parent-teacher conferences to keep parents updated on their children's progress.
Baylis then joined Granite Telecommunications in 2015, initially working as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where they handled a high volume of customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent customer experience.
