Janene Jonas

Janene Jonas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of RiskCreative since June 2022, Janene leads initiatives aimed at transforming group benefits for institutional carriers and start-ups. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Strategic Consulting at Aon Inpoint from June 2018 to June 2022, where Janene focused on enhancing competitiveness and operational efficiency for Group Insurance carriers. Janene has also held positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Benefits Consultant and at Cigna, where roles included Executive Sales Representative and Senior Account Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Radiology Supervisor at Via Christi Health. Janene holds a degree in Business, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University and furthered education at Kansas State University.
