Aaron Marcial

Aaron Marcial has extensive experience in human resources and training management, currently serving as the Human Resources & Training Manager at Punta Mita since December 2017. Prior to this role, Aaron worked as the Complex Hotel Services Manager at Hospitales Star Médica from May 2016 to December 2017. From November 2007 to May 2016, Aaron was a Senior Manager for Learning Development and served as a Service Culture Master Trainer at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where responsibilities included conducting training programs, skill development, and maintaining brand quality standards. Aaron holds a degree in Communication Audiovisual from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac, attained between 1998 and 2001.
