Celinés Ibarra Romero

Celinés Ibarra Romero has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, agile facilitation, and contract management. Celinés began their career at Gobernación de La Guajira in 2011, where they supervised projects related to the implementation of ICT in educational institutions. Celinés later joined EDATEL S.A. in 2013 as an Analyst of Interventoría, overseeing contracts and procurement for the IT department. In 2017, they joined TigoUne as an Analyst of Commercial Agreements and later transitioned to the role of Planning and Design Engineer, where they managed IT contracts and budgets. Currently, Celinés is employed at Puntos Colombia, where they serve as a Project Manager for IT and is responsible for overseeing core service projects and supporting technology initiatives. Celinés also has experience in Agile methodologies, budget management, and ensuring adherence to defined work methodologies.

Celinés Ibarra Romero's education history includes two significant periods of study. From 1999 to 2005, they attended Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería Electrónica. In 2012, they briefly attended Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana again but did not complete a degree. During their education, Celinés Ibarra Romero also pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include Agile Coach Professional Certificate from CertiProf, Fundamentals Online Workshop from Management 3.0, Design Thinking Professional Certificate - DTPC® from CertiProf, Scrum Master from Scrum Inc., and Scrum Master from CertiProf.
