Giselle Andrea Vásquez López

Giselle Andrea Vásquez López has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, they co-founded IDEPROK S.A.S, a team of young professionals focused on providing personalized and strategic advice to help companies grow and achieve a triple impact. Giselle Andrea worked there until the present.

In 2016, Giselle joined Clínica Las Vegas in Medellín, where they had two roles. First, they worked as a Practicante Compras, contributing to projects related to leasing, renting, and factoring. Giselle Andrea also played a role in cost reduction by finding new suppliers and handling quotations for product acquisition. Later, they became a Compradora, responsible for purchasing activities for the clinic, and they held this position until December 2020.

Moving forward to 2021, Giselle worked for DSEAFIT. Giselle Andrea began as a Research Student, leading public relations for the university's data research seedbed. During this time, they contributed to the ECO Project, focused on extracting relevant information for restaurants in Medellín through algorithm development and studying emotions expressed on platforms like Maps and Instagram. Additionally, they became a Projects Program Manager, overseeing various data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence projects.

In 2021, Giselle joined Experimentality as a Data Analyst, where they applied their analytical skills and expertise.

Starting in 2023, Giselle will be working for Puntos Colombia as a Data Engineer.

Giselle Andrea Vásquez López pursued their undergraduate education at Universidad EAFIT from 2012 to 2017. Giselle Andrea completed a degree in Business Administration, with a focus on general Business Administration and Management. In 2021, Giselle furthered their education by participating in the Data Science for All program by Correlation One and the Data Science bootcamp at Acámica. These programs provided their with additional knowledge and skills in the field of Data Science. In terms of certifications, Giselle obtained an EF SET Certificate™ from EF International Language Centers, a Python certificate from Cisco Networking Academy, and Qwiklabs Badges. Giselle Andrea also earned a Full Stack Developer certification from Acámica in February 2021.
