Juan Esteban Serna Restrepo

Juan Esteban Serna Restrepo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Juan Esteban most recently worked at Puntos Colombia as a Data Governance Manager, leading the data engineering team and managing the company's information assets. Juan Esteban was responsible for the implementation of the Puntos Colombia Datalake and Datawarehouse, utilizing AWS Cloud technology to integrate different data sources for analytical teams and business processes.

Prior to that, Juan worked at Crystal S.A.S, where they held multiple roles including Director of Business Intelligence, Director of Customer Experience, and Customer Knowledge. In these positions, they were responsible for customer analytics, segmentation, recommendation models, customer churn prediction, and selection of customers for marketing campaigns. Juan Esteban also led market research, commercial activation, and customer knowledge projects, managing budgets and measuring campaign results.

Earlier in their career, Juan worked as a Software Developer at SURA (SURA Colombia) and PSL - Software Development (International).

Juan Esteban Serna Restrepo completed their education with an Engineer's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Juan Esteban later pursued further specialization in Project Management, completing the Especialista program at the same university in 2012.
