Dustin McAdams

Dustin McAdams is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the pet care industry and logistics. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at the Pet Care Innovation Prize since March 2023, McAdams provides valuable support to high-potential pet care startups. As the Founder and CEO of PupJoy, established in 2015, McAdams offers responsibly-made dog products through subscription plans and on-demand shopping. Additionally, McAdams founded PACKT Logistics in 2021, focusing on affordable order fulfillment solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development at Epsilon, COO at Catalyst, Vice President of Technology at Aspen Marketing, and various positions in business development and marketing. McAdams holds an MBA from Bradley University and a B.B.A. from Blackburn College.
