Carolyn Edwards is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the technology and food service industries. Currently serving as SVP Operations for the Midwest at Palmetto since August 2022, Carolyn previously held several key roles at Grubhub from July 2011 to August 2022, including Senior Director of Merchant Strategy & Operations and General Manager for the Western US. With a strong background in managing operations, logistics, and revenue generation, Carolyn has consistently driven initiatives that enhance performance and foster relationships within diverse teams. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Northwestern University.
