Elizabeth Silberman

Elizabeth Silberman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources within the pet care and retail industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at PUPS Pet Club since June 2021, Elizabeth has held various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Outside Services, and Director of Training. Prior to this, Elizabeth was a General Manager at Fitness Formula Clubs from November 2018 to June 2021 and a District Manager at Advantage Solutions from April 2016 to November 2018, overseeing remote employees across numerous pet stores. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Store Leader at PetSmart, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily operations, human resources functions, and staff training. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned in 2012.
