Marina Ortiz

Marina Ortiz is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in store management and operations. Currently serving as an Area Manager for Pura Vida since July 2021, Marina oversees the opening and management of seven stores. Prior experience includes leading multiple locations at Forever 21 from January 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing flagship stores and overseeing operations during peak holiday seasons. With prior roles in human resources and operations management at Vantage Associates Inc. and Banana Republic, Marina has developed a comprehensive skill set in hiring, training, and maximizing store performance. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University, along with various other educational achievements in the fields of psychology and liberal studies.
