Rajesh Moharir has been with Puranik Builders since 1989 and currently holds the position of Vice President. Rajesh is responsible for providing legal support, leading a team of 100 employees, generating new development deals, identifying prospective clients, and promoting new launches. Rajesh collaborates with the development manager to locate potential sites and implements strategic plans to increase market share. Rajesh also sustains revenue and profit gains within the competitive Real Estate market and implements marketing strategies to build consumer preference. Additionally, Rajesh is involved in hiring C-level professionals and is accountable for the profitability of Puranik’s Pune Region. Rajesh played an instrumental role in land acquisition for Township projects.
