Cinthia Pazetti is a seasoned professional in sustainability and ESG, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Puravida since January 2022, where significant achievements include obtaining B Corp certification through the implementation of over 60 strategic initiatives and leading greenhouse gas inventory efforts with a resulting Gold Seal from the Brazilian GHG Protocol. Prior experience includes working for WWF-Brasil from May 2021 to January 2022 as an Analyst of Institutional Risks, where key contributions involved developing the organization's risk governance and its first institutional risk matrix. Additionally, Cinthia spent over 13 years at Itaú Unibanco, analyzing socio-environmental risks and ensuring compliance with various regulations and sustainability indices. Cinthia holds an MBA in Sustainable Development and Circular Economy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, alongside postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Environmental Technologies and Business Administration, respectively.
