In 2006, they were the President of EpiMac. In 2007, they were a consultant in IT architecture for New'Arch and a consultant for Urbanization and Architecture for Dreamsoft. In 2008, they founded iTimeSheet. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Mobile Business Development Manager for OCTO Technology. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Founder and CEO of app A•Z. In 2021, they became a Board Member for Grand Nancy Métropole Handball. Lastly, in 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Purchasely.
Jean-François Grang attended EPITA: Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Informatique from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained an Ingénieur degree in Information System and Software architecture.
