Kathryn Natale

Kathryn Natale currently serves as the Manager of People & Business Operations at the Purchaser Business Group on Health (PBGH) since March 2025, where responsibilities include building the People function for a fully remote nonprofit with a focus on HR needs, employee experience, culture, and operations. From March 2020 to March 2025, Kathryn worked at Research Innovations Incorporated as a Human Resources Business Partner, incorporating strategic planning and partnership with business leaders, and previously excelled as a Human Resources Generalist during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring compliance and maintaining company culture. Earlier experience includes roles at Arena Stage as an HR & Benefits Associate and HR & Finance Assistant, and as Operations Manager at Washington Master Chorale, Inc., and Marketing and Box Office Assistant at The Choral Arts Society of Washington, where operational support and management of various HR and financial functions were key responsibilities.
