Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fields of procurement, entrepreneurship, and technology. Currently serving as Chairman at Simfoni since December 2015, Chirag leads initiatives that utilize machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance procurement processes for major enterprises. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor and Entrepreneur In Residence at INSEAD, Chirag educates MBA students while contributing to research in entrepreneurship. In various board and advisory roles, including positions at Databook Labs, Purchasing Platform, and The Rocket Foundation, Chirag provides strategic guidance on product development and growth strategies. Previous roles include Executive Director at Xchanging and Founder of MarketMaker4 and TradingPartners, where significant advancements in eSourcing technology were achieved. Chirag holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MEng in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
