Cindy Libonati

Cindy Libonati, C.P.M. has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Cindy started their career at Pfizer/Lederle Laboratories as a Senior Purchasing Agent, handling purchasing for the Consumer Health division. Cindy was also responsible for negotiating contracts and played a key role in re-organization and union contract negotiations.

Later on, Libonati joined The PF Laboratories, Inc. as an Associate Director of Supply Management. Cindy built a procurement department and implemented standard operating procedures for sourcing direct and indirect materials. Cindy also introduced a catalog purchasing program and established supplier managed inventory.

In 1995, Libonati became the Director of Supply Chain Management at The PF Laboratories, Inc. In this role, they provided strategic sourcing and category management support for various departments and locations. Libonati ensured continuity of supply by monitoring product markets and achieving high supply chain performance. Cindy also rationalized the supply base and negotiated global supply contracts.

Most recently, Libonati was the Head of Corporate Procurement at Purdue Pharma L.P. During their time there, they transformed the transactional procurement department into a strategic sourcing team. Cindy recruited a top-tier team, developed category strategies, and streamlined operations to improve efficiency and agility.

Cindy Libonati, C.P.M. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. Cindy is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College. In addition, they are a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certified by the Institute for Supply Management.
