Marc Kesselman

Marc Kesselman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Affairs at Purdue Pharma L.P. since July 2018, Kesselman has held various senior legal roles at prominent companies including Yum! Brands, Dean Foods, and PepsiCo. With a background that includes serving as General Counsel at the USDA and the Office of Management and Budget, alongside experience at the United States Department of Justice and Ropes & Gray LLP, Kesselman brings a wealth of expertise in legal strategies and corporate affairs. Kesselman earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
