Josh Stevens is a Design Engineer at Bowtech, Inc. since February 2019, specializing in the research, planning, and design of mechanical components for compound bows. Prior to this role, Josh gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Bowtech, focusing on accessory design and prototype development, and served as a Shop Technician at Central Coast Archery. Additionally, Josh completed an Engineering Internship at Stellar Exploration, working on hypergolic liquid propulsion systems for small satellites, and an internship at Blue Dolphin Design and Engineering, assisting with CAD data collection. Early experience includes serving as an Archery Instructor for the Boy Scouts of America. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
