Jason Summers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the gaming and retail industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at PURE Canadian Gaming since 2013, Jason has held various roles including Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator, focusing on internal alignment processes, job analysis, and recruitment. Prior experience at IKEA involved supporting multiple projects and recruiting efforts during peak periods, along with coordinating significant remodels. Jason has also contributed to HR functions at Staples Advantage, Wajax, and Natural Resources Canada, with an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University and a diploma in Human Resources Management from MacEwan University.
