Dean's extensive experience spans various sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and technology, with prior positions as Managing Director at both AXA and HP, as well as a marketing manager at South African Airways. Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA from London Business School.
