Joy Chen

Joy Chen has a long history of work experience. Joy began their career in 1988 as a Financial Analyst at Hewlett-Packard. Joy then moved on to The Clorox Company in 1992, where they held the roles of VP General Manager and VP Sales and Marketing. In 2009, they became the CEO and Board Executive Director of Yes To, Inc. In 2012, they joined 18 Rabbits Organics as a Board Member. In 2015, they were Board Chairman and CEO of H2O+ Beauty. In 2018, they became a Board Member of Mezzetta. Most recently in 2019, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Pure Culture Beauty.

Joy Chen attended Harvard Business School from 1990 to 1992, where they earned their MBA. Prior to that, they attended University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 1983 to 1987, where they earned their BS in Business Administration.
