Marc Spezialy

Marc Spezialy serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Pure Cycle Corporation since July 2023, overseeing financial operations for a diverse land and water resource development company. Previously, Marc held significant financial leadership roles, including Vice President and Controller at Pulte Mortgage and Vice President of Finance at Alviere. Experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for Equinox/West South Platte Water and Rockdale Resources Corporation, along with a position as Vice President of Finance at Aero Capital Solutions, Inc., a global asset management firm. In addition, Marc contributed as Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity Texas and worked as an Assurance Audit Manager at PwC. Marc obtained a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Francisco.
